A.Y.D. - I Cannot Get Away
This young unknown producer from the U.S., that under the moniker of A.Y.D., is going straight to the top with this smokey track. ”I Cannot Get Away” make things and situations appear in slow motion, the hip hop/rn’b beats make things more spicy but the weed this track has been watered along with the samples of Kills and Asap floating around there make this beauty sound like a ticking bomb!!!
Minimal, jazzy new track from Sun Raw. ”Find Me” does the Madlib way so well that is impossible for me to resist. Everything in here, from the flute sample to the horn snippet, are in complete musical harmony. As it seems, up there in Sweden they are into the hip hop culture as well. (Almost) three minutes of pure bliss.

Ο James Ferraro, για όσους δεν το μάθατε, έκανε ένα καινούριο project με το όνομα Bebetunes. Και όχι μόνο αυτό αλλά έχει ήδη έτοιμο ένα άλμπουμ και το προσφέρει δωρεάν στο tumblr του project, το οποίο μπορείτε να το ακούσετε ακριβώς από κάτω. Ο τρελός αυτός κύριος παίζει με το hip hop και τα samples (!) σε μια αν μη τι άλλο απολαυστική δουλειά!!!!
Ο Paul White μόλις κυκλοφόρησε ένα άλμπουμ με συνεργασίες. Στο ”Rapping With Paul White” θα ακούσετε αυτό ακριβώς… Την παραγωγή και τα beats του κύριου Paul White να ντύνονται από τα φωνητικά των Guilty Simpson, Danny Brown, Marv Won και άλλων. Ακούστε το ”Rotten Apples” με τα φωνητικά του Tranqill που είναι και ένα από τα καλύτερα κομμάτια του άλμπουμ (αυτό και του Danny Brown ξεχώρισα με ένα πρώτο άκουσμα), μετά κάντε κλικ εδώ για να το κατεβάσετε και ύστερα πηγαίντε στο bandcamp του για να ακούσετε όλο το άλμπουμ!
Βρίσκεσαι σε διακοπές, είσαι στο αμάξι και πηγαίνεις προς παραλία μεριά. Ο παραγωγός από το L.A με το όνομα Dreams έχει γράψει το ιδανικό soundtrack για αυτές τις περιπτώσεις. Το ”OooO” είναι ένα απίστευτα εθιστικό και ρυθμικό κομμάτι που παίζει με το rn’b και την ευφυή χρήση των samples, καταφέρνοντας μετά από ένα και μόλις άκουσμα να σου δημιουργεί χαμόγελα ευφορίας και αισιοδοξίας!!!! Ετοιμαστείτε να το λιώσετε στο repeat!!! Πανέμορφο…..
