It was about time for Rules to drop some hints about his forthcoming EP and he couldn’t find a better introduction with Dance, Love, Demise. Everything i loved about this DC producer is here. Only bigger and better! A soulful hybrid of uk/garage and post rn’b that dances its way around in the delightful samples and uptempo rhythms, concluding in a mind blowing game of interactive vibes that will surely make anyone who has a thing with electronic music to jump up and down from happiness…. Oso Gato - Depleted
DC producer Oso Gato got the blogosphere on the move with his debut track Too Soon. The sensual, seductive beats and samples that surprised us there, are still here but in a greater variety. Depleted is the closing track from his self titled EP, the ending soundtrack for the lost souls that are dancing to the sad, slo-mo and post rn’b masterful sounds that this young producer is so gloriously generating. It’s the same chilling excitement that i felt when i first listened Holy Other’s debut EP. Excellent….

RUWA - Baby
There is a strange, sensual electricity hovering in the air this time of the year and the Brooklyn based project RUWA seems that they’ve captured it on Baby. This underwater screwed rn’b and sexy electro funk strangely sounds like a mixture between M83 and Jai Paul, while the two of them are jamming in a neon lighted rooftop of an urban metropolis. A fun as hell groovy anthem that came out the best time of the year. Stuck on repeat!!!

It’s one of these tracks where you walk through a crowdie street with a smile upon your face while listening to this chill and sunny rn’b/dream pop song.
